We understand that investing in your business is a significant step, and we want you to feel confident in your decision. Our Launch Kit refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and easy to understand:
Within 30 days of purchase
You can request a full refund for any services that have not been initiated by you, or for which work has not been started by the XYPN team. Once you’ve completed the first step for service fulfillment, such as filling out an initial request form, the service is no longer refundable. Any swag received as part of your kit is non-refundable.
Between 31 and 60 days of purchase
You are eligible for a 50% refund on services that remain unrequested by you and unstarted by XYPN.
After 60 days
Refunds are no longer available for any services.
Once a part of your kit has been delivered, used, or completed, it may not be eligible for a refund. We will always strive to be clear about what is included and how to maximize the benefits of each component.
