Your journey with us starts with personalized care! From day one, you'll work with a dedicated Transition & Onboarding Manager who'll be right by your side throughout the process. They'll help you develop a customized transition plan, prepare all necessary client forms, guide you through tech migration, and handle client form packets via DocuSign. They'll also track paperwork submissions, monitor account openings, and help establish your professional brand within our ecosystem.

Once you're fully settled in, our support continues! Our friendly team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM MT via email at support@xypnsapphire.com or by phone whenever you need assistance. You'll also have access to our intuitive XYPN Sapphire advisor platform where you can submit requests and easily track their completion status.
