Host an XYPN Meet-Up

Thanks for your interest in hosting an XYPN Meet-Up. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a leader in the Network and make a difference in the professional development of your peers. Serving as the host of a meet-up is free and has a low time commitment. XYPN reimburses hosts up to $20/attendee. We don't want cost to be a deterring factor in meeting up with the Network. 

Ready to host a meet-up? Here's what you need to know:

1) Coordinate event details (date, time, location/reservations) and submit them in this form for approval by the XYPN Events Team. The member map can help you determine the size of the venue you may need.

2) We'll review the information and follow up with the next steps. If approved, XYPN will promote your meet-up to current XYPN members and non-members. You're welcome (and encouraged!) to promote to your network too.
